Varec Interface Devices
During the 1980s, Varec introduced a wide range of digital units to interface between instruments and the Varec IV, V, VI or TankView control room systems. These Tank Scanning Units, Tank Data Receivers, Field Interface Convertors or Remote Terminal Units were capable of handling data from multiple tanks and often provided open communications options for connection to other instruments or host systems. Today, each of these units can still be found in facilities worldwide.
